✦ What material is it made of?

All my pieces are made with high-quality stainless steel, known for its strength & longevity. Many of my pieces include freshwater pearls, semi-precious stones, and findings I’ve collected from vintage markets or passed down from my family. Using what already exists also means less waste and more sustainability, so every piece feels thoughtful and unique.

✦ Are your materials hypoallergenic?

In rare cases, some of the vintage charms and beads might be sensitive on certain skin types. If you have very sensitive skin, I recommend choosing pieces made entirely from stainless steel. Those are hypoallergenic, durable, and safe to wear every day — even in the shower or while you sleep. Each product description will tell you exactly what materials are used, so you can choose the piece that feels right for you.

✦ Do you make gold jewelry?

Yes, gold* jewelry is available. Some designs have already been created in gold, and it’s also possible to recreate a piece in gold upon request.

✦ How long will it take to ship my order?

Most orders shipped with BoxNow arrive within 2–3 business days (for Cyprus). For Greece, delivery usually takes up to 5 business days. We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but sometimes local postal conditions or holidays can add a little extra time.

Currently, shipping is available only to Cyprus and Greece, with plans to bring our products to customers worldwide very soon!

Since all pieces are handmade to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If you have any concerns, issues or questions about your order, please DM me on instagram or email me!

Yes! All I need is a bit of inspiration and a clear description of what you have in mind.

Original designs from other artists cannot be directly recreated, but it’s always possible to create something unique inspired by the idea, with a personal twist or reinterpretation.

✦ Are all your designs one-of-a-kind?

Not all pieces are one of a kind. Unique pieces are reserved for designs that are too intricate to recreate or when a special, one-of-a-kind charm is used.

✦ How should I take care of my chainmail jewelry?

To keep your chainmail jewelry looking its best, it’s important to keep it dry and avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, or other chemicals. When not in use, store pieces in a soft pouch or jewelry box to prevent scratches and tangling.
